All About Kids caregivers are warm and responsive to the needs of our children and passionate about the development and well-being of each and every child. We are very proud of our team. Our staff are deeply committed to the children and families we serve.
Our staff come from all backgrounds and speak a multitude of languages. Before joining our team, we carefully screen applicants to ensure that they have the education, experience and a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen. Staff are trained in Infant & Child First Aid and CPR.
Carol Norton
Founder
Carol has spent the last 20 years inspiring learning through play. Her mission over the past two decades has been to create inclusive and accessible environments where all children feel comfortable, confident and challenged. She believes in adventurous learning where the day’s activities are hands-on, child-led and full of exploration and discovery.
As an outdoor lover and nature enthusiast, she has always been committed to bringing learning outdoors. With the opening of Earthbound Kids in 2008, Carol took her commitment to children and the environment to the Earthbound Kids farm – a natural setting for a truly unique camp, school or family experience. In the All About Kids tradition, children learn as they have fun. She credits her success to the amazing men and women who are part of All About Kids team and who share that same positive, playful disposition and passion for creating places where everyone belongs.

Lisa Patel
Operations Manager
Lisa completed her undergrad at York University majoring in Sociology and minor in Psychology. Ambitious and passionate to work in a field with children, she enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Accelerated Certificate program at Seneca College. For the past 10 years, Lisa has worked in various age groups at All About Kids as a registered early childhood educator. She has made genuine bonds with children and families; listening to and understanding children’s needs, catering to their interests and implementing interactive and positive experiences. Lisa has transitioned into her current role as Operations Manager as well as the Assistant Supervisor at our Markham location. She oversees many projects as well as developing evolving policies for the company that reflect current regional requirements. Lisa supports her co-workers and supervisors across the company, she takes initiative, has the ability to multitask and attends professional development workshops to continue her growth within the company.
Sheri MacMillan
Supervisor, Markham
Sheri completed her Early Childhood Education at Seneca College. Her journey with All About Kids began over 15 years ago at our Markham location, starting as a registered early childhood educator in our infant and toddler program and thereafter becoming the Supervisor. Her team describes her as encouraging, supportive and responsive to everyone’s interests and needs. As a leader she has been guiding and advising staff and supervisors throughout the years. She has the willingness to learn and improve her own skills by attending numerous professional development workshops as well as organizing them for staff across the various sites. Sheri is dedicated to seeing All About Kids be a successful childcare center where she works with educators on building a loving and supportive community for children and families and create everlasting memories.
Kelsey Maccrimmon
Supervisor, North Toronto
Kelsey joined All About Kids in May 2022, shortly after graduating from Seneca College in April 2022 as a Registered Early Childhood Educator. With her passion for creating positive and engaging experiences for children, Kelsey quickly became a valued member of our team.
Her dedication, enthusiasm, and leadership skills paved the way for her to transition into the role of Supervisor in January 2024. Kelsey is caring, approachable, and deeply committed to supporting children, their families, and the staff at our Sheppard location. Her encouragement and positive energy have made her an essential part of the All About Kids family, and we are proud to have her on our team.
Samia Labib
Supervisor, Leslieville
Samia is a dedicated RECE with a strong background in child development and family support. Along with her Early Childhood Diploma she holds a certificate in Early Childhood Administration., In addition Samia has a bachelors degree in Social Work, further enhancing her ability to support children and families effectively.
Samia is committed to being an enthusiast leader who takes initiative to support her team in delivering high-quality early childhood education.
Caroline Erlingher
Supervisor, Goodwood
Caroline completed her Early Childhood Educator Diploma at Loyalist College through the Apprenticeship Program and has worked at All About Kids since 2010. Caroline is an integral member of All About Kids, starting with us as supply childcare staff and earning her way to the Supervisor Role she know holds. Caroline takes great pride in knowing that the All About Kids Goodwood Centre is one that strives for excellence and quality in childcare.
